In 2017, Chairman and Founder Ernesto Rojas envisioned a space that would reflect his family’s heritage and the warmth of Southern hospitality. With a mission to celebrate love, family, and life’s joyous moments, he set out to create a venue where every guest feels at home. Guided by Divine Providence, D’Vine Grace has become North Texas’s premier destination for weddings, corporate events, and special celebrations.

Ernesto Rojas
founder
Born in Colombia, Ernesto Rojas turned his master’s degree in Computer Science into a thriving career managing multi-million-dollar projects. His work took him around the globe, including to Italy, where the charm of the countryside and stunning landscapes planted the seed for what would become D’Vine Grace.
In 2010, driven by faith, hard work, and an eye for detail, Ernesto transformed his vision into reality—a vibrant Tuscan-inspired estate and vineyard. Today, D’Vine Grace serves hundreds of couples, businesses, and clients across North Texas, offering a destination where elegance and hospitality unite. Ernesto’s passion remains creating an experience where guests can live la dolce vita—right here at home.
Aurora Rojas
Co-founder
Aurora Rojas came to the United States 20 years ago as a young woman with a heart full of hope and dreams. From the very beginning, her journey has been defined by an unwavering passion for serving others—a calling that transcends talent, education, or circumstance. Whether as a devoted daughter, sister, mother, or professional, Aurora’s commitment to putting others before herself has been a guiding principle throughout her life.
With humility and determination, Aurora has worn many hats, excelling in roles ranging from server, driver, and cleaner to sous chef, manager, and beyond. Her resilience, kindness, and radiant spirit have always shone through, elevating those around her and leaving a lasting impact.
Today, as the co-founder of D’Vine Grace Vineyard and beloved wife of Ernesto Rojas, Aurora embodies the perfect blend of grace and grit. Together, they lead with faith, guided by their shared mission: “Whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God.” Aurora’s warmth and dedication infuse every aspect of the business, making D’Vine Grace Vineyard not just a premier wedding and event venue but a place where love, joy, and service thrive.

Josue Torres brings passion and creativity to every plate he prepares. With extensive experience working alongside renowned chefs from around the world and drawing inspiration from classic culinary texts, Josue’s culinary style emphasizes seasonal produce and the celebration of natural flavors and textures.
Josue’s innovative approach fuses diverse cuisines with traditional homestyle cooking, transforming each dish into a unique culinary experience.

Valeria Lopez
Event Coordinator
Valeria Lopez joined D’Vine Grace Vineyard in August 2024, as a Venue Assistant, helping wherever needed. For Valeria, working at D’Vine Grace Vineyard has always been a dream come true. Valeria loves the way D’Vine Grace provides a unique space to celebrate love, where every couple’s story and vision is different, and beautifully brought to life.
Valeria is passionate about guiding couples through every step of their wedding journey at D’Vine Grace Vineyard. She enjoys being a steady presence, helping to turn dreams into reality by supporting the planning process and ensuring the venue experience is seamless and memorable. Her dedication shines in the care she takes to understand each couple’s vision and to coordinate the details that make their day truly special.

Amanda Markley
Event Manager
Passionate about beginning a career in the wedding industry, Amanda joined the D’Vine Grace family in 2023. Since joining, she has worked to continuously make every couple happy and to make sure their big day runs smoothly from start to finish. She looks forward to assisting more couples in making their dreams a reality!
In her free time Amanda loves to try new recipes in the kitchen and spend time with her husband, Brent, and two pitties, Poppy and Apollo.
